What exactly would I be ordering?
The same Brazilian specialty coffee that's in your sample box — either 8oz bags (whole bean or ground) or single-serve Pocket Brew sachets — with your logo on the packaging, ready to place in your units.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, but it's small: 40 bags to start — which also unlocks free shipping. No big upfront commitment; begin there and scale as it works for you.
How does the pricing work?
It's volume-based. 8oz bags run from $9 down to $7 per bag as your volume grows, and Pocket Brew starts at $1 per sachet. You lock in a volume price once, then receive fresh coffee every two weeks. Free shipping every time (minimum 40 bags per delivery applies).
Do I have to store months of coffee?
No. You get the volume price but receive only what you need each cycle — every two weeks — so your guests always get freshly roasted beans and you never warehouse inventory.
What if some of my units don't have a coffee maker?
That's exactly what Pocket Brew is for — a single-serve pour-over sachet. No machine, no filter, no cleanup. It works in any unit, branded with your logo. All it needs is hot water.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Three ways: Co-Brand (your logo + Damata — the bag in your box, fastest and lowest minimum), White Label (your brand only — a plain, unprinted bag with no design at all, just your premium sticker), or Full Custom Print (fully bespoke packaging, at higher volume).
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contracts and no lock-in. Adjust your biweekly quantity, pause, or stop anytime — you're always in control.
Who handles the customization?
Damata handles the label setup, packaging, and coffee. Once we have the logo and basic brand assets, we prepare the artwork and send it for approval before production. And if you can't find your logo file, we can help sort that out too.
Can we choose whole bean or ground?
Yes. Bags can be whole bean or ground depending on the setup inside each property — and you can mix and match both within the same order.
How quickly can this launch?
Most programs can launch within 2–4 weeks after artwork approval, depending on volume and packaging needs.
